What you can request
- Access / Know — what we have collected about you and how we use it.
- Delete — erasure of your personal information, subject to legal retention exceptions.
- Correct — fix inaccurate personal information (not available in Utah at the statute level).
- Portability — a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Opt out — of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling for legally significant decisions (we do not currently engage in any of these, but the opt-out is available).
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (California).
- Appeal — if we deny a prior request, submit "Appeal" and reference your prior request ID.
Response timing
We respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, with one extension of up to 45 days where the request is complex (we will tell you in writing if we extend). Authorized agents acting on your behalf may submit requests, but we may verify the agent's authorization and your identity before acting.
Appeals
If we deny your request in whole or in part, you can appeal by submitting another request, selecting "Appeal" as the request type, and including the prior request ID. Appeals are reviewed by a different individual than the original request and answered within 60 days. Where state law allows, you may also lodge a complaint with your state attorney general or with your supervisory authority (EU/UK).
