Submit a privacy-rights request

Effective and last updated: July 17, 2026

Rights you may request

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a prior decision. You may also request to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Teraplex does not currently engage in sale, cross-context behavioral-advertising sharing, targeted advertising, or legally significant automated profiling.

Submit by email

The online request form is unavailable until a verified server-side intake system is provisioned. To submit a request, email privacy@teraplex.us with the subject Privacy Request.

Include your name, the email address previously used with Teraplex, the right you wish to exercise, and your state or country of residence. If you are appealing a prior decision, include the prior request ID if available.

Do not send government identification, payment information, passwords, or other sensitive documents by email. We will provide a separate verification method if additional information is required.

Verification and authorized agents

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to match the request to our records. Authorized agents may be required to provide evidence of authority and may also need the data subject to verify their identity directly with us.

Timing and appeals

We respond to qualifying United States state-law requests within 45 days unless applicable law permits an extension. If an extension is necessary, we will notify you within the initial response period and explain the reason. For requests governed by the GDPR or UK GDPR, we respond without undue delay and ordinarily within one month; that period may be extended by up to two additional months where permitted.

Submit an appeal by emailing privacy@teraplex.us with the subject Privacy Appeal. If we deny an appeal, we will explain the decision and provide any available method for contacting the applicable attorney general or supervisory authority.

Record keeping

We retain a limited record of privacy requests and our responses for 24 months after closure, unless a longer period is required for a dispute or legal obligation. Request records are used for compliance and process review, not unrelated marketing.
