Power Infrastructure

4000A and 6300A LV switchboards.
12 to 18 weeks, not 18 months.

Plus MV switchgear, modular substations, gensets, and SCADA on the same schedule. Same Tier-1 OEM components US developers already use — Schneider Prisma Plus, ABB AX MNS, Cummins, ASCO — assembled and factory-tested as one delivery instead of five separate POs waiting on five lead times.

The wedge

Same equipment classes. Half the wait, or better.

Our power-infra scopes use the same Tier-1 components US developers already buy direct. The difference is integration and the production line. We assemble, factory-test, and ship as one delivery — not five components on five purchase orders waiting on five lead times.

In the catalog

Six equipment classes. One PO when bundled.

Sold standalone or as an integrated power package. Per-class spec sheets are coming online through Q2 2026.

Switchboard sizing per AI deployment

A typical 60 MW AI data center needs 15–24 LV main switchboards depending on N/2N topology and rack-density mix. At $250–500/kW that's a $15M–$50M switchboard ticket per build — roughly half the electrical scope. Currently quoted at 18+ months by US incumbents on the 4000A and 6300A tiers specifically.

4000A LV switchboard

2.7 MW per board. Standard modular DC fit.

UL 891-listed LV main switchboard at 4000A continuous, 480V three-phase. Fits the standard modular DC container at 60–80 kW/rack density. Type-tested per IEC 61439. Breaker, contactor, protection, and power-monitoring functions integrated. ~$675K–$1.35M per board at $250–500/kW. Teraplex delivery: 10–14 weeks vs 18–30 week US incumbent wait.

6300A LV switchboard — flagship

4.2 MW per board. NVL72 / GB200 / GB300 fit.

UL 891-listed LV main switchboard at 6300A continuous, 480V three-phase. The natural single-unit fit for NVL72-class deployments at 120+ kW/rack. ~$1.05M–$2.1M per board. The highest-leverage SKU in this market today: US incumbents (Vertiv, Schneider, Eaton) are most backlogged at this amperage tier. Teraplex delivery: 12–18 weeks vs 30–52+ week US incumbent wait.

MV switchgear

Air-insulated and gas-insulated, 6 to 35 kV.

IEC 62271 with an IEEE C37 dual-cert path for US grid interconnection. 6 kV, 10 kV, 15 kV, 20 kV, and 35 kV classes. Relay-protection panels and grid-connection scope included as part of the substation package, not a separate procurement.

Spec sheet →

Modular substations

Containerized 6/0.4 kV and 10/0.4 kV substations.

Cast-resin dry-type transformers, 1–5 MVA typical for data center applications. Containerized for field deployment — substation, transformer, MV switch, and LV feed shipped as one factory-tested package. Other transformer ratios on request.

Spec sheet →

Generator sets

Containerized gensets up to 3 MW, ATS, paralleling.

Tier-1 OEM diesel gensets from 15 kVA to 3 MW with automatic transfer switches and paralleling controls for multi-genset configurations. Containerized for outdoor deployment. Diesel standard; bi-fuel and gas configurations available. Genset, ATS, and switchgear are integration-tested together before shipping.

Spec sheet →

SCADA & integration

One monitoring platform, grid to rack.

SCADA spanning power distribution, process control, and real-time metering. Modbus, SNMP, BACnet, and REST API for any DCIM or BMS integration. Industrial-grade controls panels sized to the substation, genset, and switchgear scope on the project.
